Shower door was damaged and would not shut easily. Tv reception was poor. Bed pillows were hard. Cost of the room was excessive.

Responsive staff, warm breakfast, ideal location so close to the tourist attractions of the area and nearby Maitland town centre and the greater Newcastle/Hunter region as well as Port Stephens 1hr away. Good value for money room with private bathroom and a mini bar and a chair. Breathtaking view to garden.

I had a wonderful stay for a night while traveling back from a big road trip. the breakfast was impressive with plenty of food, and I have to say, the bangers and bacon were amazing! 🍳.

We really enjoyed the modern feel of the room and the quiet location, even thought the motel was very busy, we were not disturbed by noise from others. The convenient location of the adjoining modern hotel for a few relaxing drinks before dinner was just a bonus!!! We loved it and would definitely stay again..
There was nothing to complain about, the staff were great and the stay was relaxing.

The hotel was spacious with beautiful facilities and a fantastic location near restaurants in the Rutherford area, as well as a nearby pub with delicious food. the staff was incredibly helpful and efficient. Our stay offered excellent value.

The shower head: a) Was too high. I'm 6' tall and the shower head was too high for me. For my 5'6" wife, it was close to useless. b) Point a) was made worse by the fact that the shower head didn't so much 'shower' as it did 'mist'. The water pretty much evaporated before it reached my waist. Sorry, but I actually wouldn't stay at the hotel again simply due to the shower.
